Welcome back to Brunch with Desb! Today, I am so excited to share one of my favorite yearly podcast episodes with you, all about spring cleaning! Now, when I say “spring cleaning” I’m not just referring to that coat closet you’ve been meaning to organize all winter, or the pile of clothes you need to donate. What I’m talking about are the things - whether it be relationships, people, careers, social media connections, etc. - that are no longer serving you. While it’s so important to value and respect the things and people that have helped you get to where you are now, it’s also important to remember that we are only here for a short time.
If that job, relationship, or friendship has turned toxic, I’m here to remind you that it’s okay to purge it because your time and mental health are precious. In this episode I’ll be sharing my thoughts and tips on shedding the negative and embracing the positive even if it means having those awkward conversations and setting those necessary boundaries.
Besides this, today is also a special episode because it is my last in my podcast studio! I’ll be sharing a little moving update as well as a pregnancy update and of course, my favorite launches.
